The School offers to interested companies the possibility of setting-up a stand to advertise their products in the exhibitor room. Each stand will consist of about 4 square meters, including a table, two chairs, electric power, and free wireless connections.
The price is 1600 Euro and includes one registration fee. Since lunches and coffee breaks are covered for all attendants all representatives at each stand must register as industrial participants to the School.
You can sponsor one or several grants for young students. These grants will be selected by a panel of scientists and by the organizing committee and will be awarded to the students with explicit mention to the sponsor. Each grant costs 600 euros and gives the opportunity to advertise the name of your company in the sponsorship section of the official website of the School.
It is also possible to advertise the name of your company in the bag cover that we are preparing for all attendees, in the Abstracts Book/Notebook or in the DVD proceedings.
Other ways of sponsoring include the welcome cocktail (Sunday 20th May) or the Gala dinner of the School (which takes place during the flamenco party on, Thursday May 25th).
